Cafe Pastel

Super cute place in the neighbourhood, has gluten-free options, cookies and croissant cakes.

I was lucky enough to come across Cafe Pastel when looking for bakeries to provide a cake for my Baby Shower. I had never order from them before but I had a specific idea in mind and the staff at Pastel worked with me to find the perfect fit - and to accommodate those in my party who had dietary restrictions. Not only that, but the price was reasonable, and so I went for it. The baked goods were stunning and just as promised, but also thoughtfully and beautifully wrapped. The goods themselves - in this case, a lemon curd cake and vegan, gluten-free vanilla cupcakes - were outstanding. Everyone loved it and was asking about the bakery too! I am so glad and thankful for this massive win on such an important day
