Cafe Portofino

I loved the live music that helped the atmosphere but idk if I’ve been to a resultant with more cranky staff. We waited 20+ to even be approached by our waiter. We were trying to get her attention for 30 minutes to get the check at the end. When we did get our food, Half the food was clearly done significantly before it was brought out. To be fair we had a group of nine. Everyone from the greeter to the waiter seemed angry. The vibration here is super low. The food was fine but nothing to write home about. To be honest, the crankiness when we asked about things like gluten free options just made you feel like a huge burden. Not impressed would never recommend this restaurant. You have lots of options don’t go here

Don’t waste your time or money. They do not have Gluten Free pizza as advertised. We ordered a salad to go and it took one hour to prepare after they forgot to put in our order with the kitchen. The salad was not a dinner size salad, it was a side salad size with dry and grey chicken. Although they apologized for the wait, the food did not make up for the wait. You’re better off not even giving it a try.
