Cafe Zupas

I had a lunch catering order for a work meeting. I set everything up on the website and when the meeting was pushed back I called the store and they generously pushed back the pickup time. When I came in they were busy but still provided me excellent service. The order wasn't ready yet so they gave me a cup for a free drink (buying a little time for them to complete the order) and when I got back it was good to go! The food was fresh, hot, and made perfectly. The cookies are also to die for. I had one meal that was gluten free and left a note stating such, and management had the entire crew change gloves to prevent cross-contamination. The crew was very considerate and went above and beyond on my order! Then they called a couple hours later to make sure that the order was correct and asking about ways to improve. Other fast food places should take note! I was very impressed by this store and extremely grateful to them for making this catering order as smooth as possible. The catering director was also a sweetheart and loved chatting with her. I hope to be ordering again there soon!

Great food but the service stinks. Starts with management who doesn't care then poor training on the young staff who don't seem to know what's going on. Ordered full soups and only got half's and they didn't know which ones were gluten free. Power bowl was missing ingredients didn't give tortilla chips with enchilada soup. Wouldn't have given the bread and strawberries had we not asked. The whole establishment needs retraining.
