I was very excited that there was another option for eating out gluten-free.
Since I have celiac disease, I asked the staff whether, for example, the banana chips were fried separately. I trusted the staff that there was no cross-contamination and that the products, like the corn tortillas, were actually declared gluten-free on the packaging.
In any case, I would like to educate the staff more about celiac disease/gluten intolerance so that those affected feel safer :)
Otherwise I really enjoyed the food! And I didn't have any stomach problems.
