My stay at Panetela was truly delightful. The story begins because I'm celiac and I was searching for cafes in the center of Avilés that offered gluten-free options, and it seemed practically impossible. Just when I had almost no options left, I stumbled upon this cafe. They were so kind and took the time to explain what they could offer me—it's truly wonderful to have someone like that. It's a shame that at this point in time, a city like Avilés doesn't have enough food options for people with allergies and intolerances. But luckily, Panetela was there to completely change the way people deal with intolerances. You were all so charming, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Thank you so much for your dedication.

The place was nicely decorated. I'm celiac and they gave me gluten-free bread rolls for breakfast with a €1.50 surcharge 😠
