Caffè Pascucci

Terrible service, staff nagging for asking IMPORTANT questions about gluten-free products, they recommended something sugar-free that DID have gluten and thank goodness I obviously read the labels. I will never return and what's more, I have recommended skipping the experience, they could have killed a person due to bad disposition and zero training on the products they sell.

Yesterday, like every Saturday, I spent with my husband at the MUT location, I ordered a decaffeinated coffee (insisting on this feature several times) and a gluten-free cheesecake (which for reasons of cross contamination is served in its container and not directly on the plate). When my coffee arrived at the table I was suspicious and went to the counter to ask the barista if my coffee was decaffeinated, she answered no, which is why I got angry since I am pregnant and I should not consume caffeine. Between the cashier and the barista they shared the responsibility saying that one had told the other and that the mistake had been the barista's. After that, they told me that decaf also has caffeine (obviously, but in harmless quantities for a pregnant woman) and that they had also searched in the GPT chat to find out that coffee was not harmful during pregnancy. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ When they are going to serve me the cheesecake, I notice that the waitress is taking the cake out of the container with the same gloves she was wearing while operating the coffee machine and handling things with gluten. I complained again and they changed the products, but I will not return because these two errors are very serious given that I do not consume gluten due to having celiac disease and caffeine due to expecting a baby.
