Correct welcome without more, two dishes ordered: 1/ pasta with pesto not bad, and served within a reasonable time frame, 2/ gluten-free lasagna waited 30 minutes, and served not completely defrosted. We therefore returned to the kitchen, and waited again for more than 10 minutes. 3/ Consequently, and having had no information, neither on the excessive initial waiting time, nor on the new wait, we had to negotiate in order to leave the premises after having nevertheless paid for the dishes actually consumed. 4/ Conclusion: bad overall experience, lack of information, feeling of being treated unfairly... Quality of service to be perfected, problem of know-how and know-how... But unfortunately this is becoming more and more common, in Italy as in France...
