One of the best waterfront restaurants in Singapore. The food, drinks and the view are all simply superb. Chef David Tang's menu is limited only by the number of items, but consists of a wide range of flavours, with meat, seafood, vegetarian and gluten-free options. The cocktails are pretty good.
We tried the Whipped Ricotta, Heirloom Tomato among the small plates. The Rigatoni, and Bucatini are both elegantly flavourful. For the fish-lovers, the King Salmon with the French curry spice is amazing. The Peach-Almond crisp with the mascarpone gelato provides the perfect finish.
Among the drinks, we tried the Sloe Gin Spiritz, King Cole Old Fashioned and the Flamingo Punch Bowl.
