I ate at Cafe Piccolo for the first time tonight: it was fantastic!! I have celiac disease and was very impressed by the gluten free pasta options, specifically the bolognese (one of the best bolognese pasta dishes I’ve had at a restaurant). When we first sat down, Amanda brought out an entire loaf of toasted gluten free bread and separate garlic oil for dipping so my bread wouldn’t be contaminated by others at the table. I so appreciate this kind of attention to detail! I also highly suggest the mussels in white wine sauce as an appetizer.
I live out of state but can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in town!
