The staff service and food was excellent. They catered for gluten and dairy free diets even remaking a meal after checking with us. Good portion sizes. Quick to order and serve meals.

Appalling. After explaining about serious food allergies I ordered my meal requesting it without gluten, garlic and onion. My meal was supposed to have fresh tomato, spinach and a rose sauce on the chicken breast. It arrived covered in napolitana sauce absolutely loaded full of garlic. When I queried the meal with the waitress she went and spoke to the chef. Their response was there is only a little bit of garlic in the sauce its fine. I reminded her that I'd specifically mentioned my allergies on ordering the meal and couldn't eat it. She then said " well what do you want then" My response was to ask for my money back as I didn't trust them to make me something safe due to their lack of interest or care factor. What do you people not understand about ALLERGIES. Not once was an apology offered I went to the counter and a different waitress came out and said oh, you want you're money back. Once again no apology. They are lucky they weren't calling an ambulance instead of giving me my money back. This issue needs to be addressed and the staff trained. A "little bit" of something has the potential to kill someone with an allergy. If the other 5 people at our table hadn't started their meals we would have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere.
