I messed up my order forgetting to ask for gluten free, and they replaced it for free no questions.

Not so great for me, hot chips too greasy and way too salty, I love hot chips and I couldn't eat them. Service was fine, but staff didn't really engage like in some places. Music too loud to talk easily. On the plus side hot choc was lovely. Food in cabinet looked good, but I couldn't see much choice as a gluten-free person.
