I ordered gluten-free toast (you pay extra) and the bread was raw and super hard. I couldn't eat it and I left the toast on the plate. I have commented on it constructively, with the intention that they can take it into account for other clients. In front of me they joked about it and between them they told the cook not to pay attention, that everything was perfect and they laughed. I have felt really bad about the treatment received.
