Café Davina is a really nice café in downtown Ulm. There are other cakes on the map every day (usually about 5 different) of which most are gluten -free. According to her own statement, she prefers to bake gluten -free, because the cake is then juicy (and I can only agree with it!) There is also breakfast and hearty meals (sandwiches and soups), but we haven't tried either yet. However, the soups are gluten-free and we were offered to bring our own gluten-free bread to prepare the sandwiches The owner is very familiar with gluten and celiac disease and tries to prevent the best knowledge and certain cross -contamination.
