Café Rosenberg

Two weeks ago my husband brought me a delicious gluten-free Snickers cake from there. I got a taste for it myself today. When I asked if I wanted to eat on site, which I said no, I was completely told in front of all the guests by the then very unfriendly waitress that I was eating the cake away from the other guests. I'm rarely speechless, but now I was. The waitress then gave me an annoyed lecture for 2-3 minutes. I pointed out to her in between that the website expressly states that you can take the food (including the cake) with you. I felt like a felon... I bought cake and quickly left. I won't be coming back - not even for a “comfortable stay”. Update: I can't recommend the coconut cake and the berry cake, the Snickers cake was very tasty.

Cozy little vegan café with some gluten-free options. The coconut milk cake was to die for and the cappuccino with almond milk was also good.

Cakes, tarts and vegan spreads are very tasty and visually appealing. The waiter was very nice and attentive and quickly put together tables and chairs for our small group of 5 people. Unfortunately, the previous telephone reservation didn't work and the gluten-free breakfast we had registered for was no longer available, apart from a single roll! Since Café Rosenberg is explicitly advertised for guests with celiac disease, this was unfortunately more than disappointing, hence the point deduction.
