Café Schmitz

My mother and I were staying in a hotel around the corner and actually wanted to try to reserve a table for breakfast the following day. We felt comfortable and stayed there for dinner. Colorful daily menu with delicious dishes, special requests (vegan, gluten-free) are gladly fulfilled, the food is delicious and the price is right. That's why we went there again for breakfast :) The hummus was really tasty and I haven't had such a good caffeine-free coffee with oat milk in a long time. Thanks for that! Overall, Café Schmitz is a relaxed neighborhood coffee shop with a feel-good atmosphere - inside and out. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Cologne. And if it's just for a delicious coffee ;)
