Excellent, a typical Amsterdam place with gluten-free options. We were recommended by the civitatis guide (Sergio Moya), and we really want to repeat! We ordered the typical stamppot from here and the ribs (spectacular, 100% recommended). In addition, the waiters were super friendly and knew about allergens, we have not had any problems, they have adapted the dishes that had gluten (especially in the sauces). Everything was delicious and homemade!! Of course to repeat.

A cafe-restaurant next to one of the city's canals. Inside it is very nice and cozy. The waitress kindly told me what I could have gluten-free, and although it was only two dishes, one of them was typical Dutch food: the Stamppot. It was very delicious, but yes, you always have to tell them not to add the sauce.
