Café on 1st

Lovely hipster weekend brunch place. Nice to sit outside with a dog sipping solid coffee & tasty gluten free sandwiches - also worth taking up the street to picnic in the park :)

Reason for 1 star: Order was in to go packaging, including a paper bag, but I was dining in, so I went to recycle the bag and couldn’t find a bin. Asked an employee and they said they “didn’t have one” and to just throw the paper bag in the trash. When I walked outside, there were 4 recycling bins. Kind of ridiculous if you don’t have a recycling bin as a business that likely receives tons of shipments regularly, and also puts all orders in to go containers. Food was okay, honestly quite bland, and gluten free sandwich fell apart completely.
