Cajun Kitchen Cafe

Not a slice of New Orleans, but the only, and thus the best, shrimp and sausage gritz found in the UCSB area. Overall, a solid diner experience. The place is a bit old, but is clean. Menu has gluten-free options, if that is important to you. We'll be back.

My husband and I were passing through town and stopped here for breakfast. Not only does this place have amazing service where we were accommodated right when we sat down, orders were taken promptly after we looked at the menu, and they didn’t make us wait for the bill, but the food was delicious as well. They even have gluten free waffles (rare to find) and since I have an allergy this made me so happy! Wish they had this place back where we are from.
