Avoid these scammers! Horrible experience with these guys. Paid over £150 for a gluten free Batman cake for my kids birthday. The *night* before it was due to be delivered (the day before the party), I get a phone call advising *they’d* messed up my order and I was going to receive a non gluten free 8’ Batman cake instead of a 12’. This would mean I wouldn’t be able to feed a number of guests cake! The lady who phoned was initially quite blasé about this and just offered to refund the difference in cake sizes. I refused to accept this as I’d spent a lot of time & money organising a big birthday do for my kid with a lot of guests with *zero* time to get another cake! The lady eventually agreed to send another plain white cake with the same fillings *for free* and ensured its arrival would be before the start of the party. I clarified and it was agreed that I would not be charged except for the 8’ Batman cake *and* be refunded the extra paid for gluten free. It wasn’t ideal but at least I’d have enough cake for everyone (minus the gluten free people!). So the Batman cake arrived on the 5th and upon opening the box, it had come away from the base and had some minor damage around the bottom. I wasn’t that bothered about this as it was relatively minor. The next day, I had my wife stay home to await the second plain white cake whilst I went to the birthday venue to set up the hall and accept numerous deliveries for the party. The cake arrived over an hour and half after the party started and was just left in our porch - we didn’t have enough cake for the party! What’s happened since then is no less than down right theft and I am in the process of disputing the charges paid with my bank as they have not honoured what was agreed despite not sending what was ordered! I was contacted a couple days after the party asking for feedback. I asked about my refund and told them everything that had happened. After numerous WhatsApp messages, they’re claiming the plain white cake made up the difference for the 12’ Batman cake that *they* messed up on so I’m not entitled to a refund as agreed! They have neither refunded the gluten free charge! For a bit of nuance, those who had the Batman cake said it was really tasty, hence giving the food a 4 star review. I’ll be posting the WhatsApp ‘customer service’ messages shortly - this will further depict they have NO idea what they’re doing, clearly don’t talk to one another nor do they actually care about what has happened all through their own failures.

Amazing cakes! Delivered on time! Kept fresh for over a week. The gluten free cake tasted unreal!!! Will be ordering from you again.
