I’ve been coming here for several years now to get my birthday cakes, and every time, they’ve exceeded my expectations. The only year I didn’t order from them, I ended up not having a cake at all—and I definitely missed it! As someone who is gluten-free, finding a bakery that caters to my dietary needs safely and deliciously is rare. I’ve never had any issues here—the lovely lady who serves me is always kind, informative, and genuinely attentive. She takes the time to explain everything, which gives me so much confidence and peace of mind. The pricing reflects the quality and care they put into each cake, and while the atmosphere may seem like any other place at first glance, it’s the people and the thoughtful interior touches that make it feel truly special. Thank you for always making my birthdays feel memorable and inclusive. I’m so grateful for what you do!

A very beautiful experience with Cake Biz. We are really glad we ordered our gluten and lactose free Choclate cake from them. Very prompt email and phone communication and Rose was wonderful in explaining and sorting all details. Thank you everyone. So glad that we could enjoy a very special cake. If we hadn’t mentioned to our guests, no one would have guessed it’s a gluten and lactose free cake. Cake was moist and delicious and was gone in a few minutes. Next time we will order a bigger one..
