Cake Bloom was a dream come true. Before I found them, I thought I might have to settle for less than I wanted in our wedding cake. Cake Bloom gave us more than we could wish for in so many ways. It was divine and beautiful AND gluten free. Amazing flavors, not too sweet. We tasted three sample cakes and had so much trouble deciding between them that we went for a fourth one! Love the local ingredients too. So kind and exquisite!
