Cakes By Creme de la Creme

I highly recommend Cakes by Crème de la Crème. We scheduled a tasting, and were met by the owners, who are both classically trained. We tried several flavors and combinations, and they answered all our questions. The cake was 5 tiers, and each tier was hand piped. It was beautiful! We had so many compliments! They said it would be delivered at 2:30 and they were right on time. In addition, we ordered platters of Gluten Free desserts and had a dessert bar that was full of wonderful treats such as mini cheesecakes, tarts, they even did Meringues in the wedding colors. The table with the cake and dessert bar on either side was so elegant. It was the perfect end to a perfect day!

Our new favorite bakery! My partner and I came in for a cake tasting and it was such a great experience - the folks who work here are incredibly friendly and kind, the cakes were AMAZING, and the store itself is super cute with ample parking right in front. There's a variety of sweetness levels amongst the different cakes so I think there's a perfect match for everyone. The Citron cake and opera cake were our favorites! Sweet but not too sweet and really great complex combinations of textures and flavors. I was shocked when he told me the opera cake was gluten-free. I never would have guessed.
