Cakes by Gina

Cakes by Gina did an amazing job on our wedding cake and groom's cake. Gina went out of her way to make sure we were 100% satisfied with everything. I'm celiac, so I have to eat gluten free. As a result, we had one layer of our wedding cake made gluten free and all of our guests were amazed at how good the GF cake tasted! They said it was just as good as the regular cake layers. I'm so glad we discovered Cakes by Gina via our wedding venue (The Luminaire). I'll definitely be using them any time I need a specialty cake made in the future. Her cakes are beyond amazing!!

I can't say enough good things about Cakes by Gina. From the cake tasting, to ordering, to pick up and to of course lets not forget the most delicious cake ever. The cake was for my future daughter in laws bridal shower and she is Gluten intolerant so I wanted to be able to do one of the layers in a gluten free flavor, they not only accommodated me, but the bride and her maid of honor said that the gluten free cake was the best they have ever had. All the other guests really enjoyed the other layer that was done in the Amaretto flavor. They decorated the cake exactly to the picture that I had given them. Beautiful and delicious.
