Cakes Castle Bakery

I saw this from across the street and ran over when i saw the words Gluten Free. They had a wide assortment of cakes, cupcakes, cheese cakes and pastries. They had glute free options too: brownies and cupcakes. So excited to keep coming back to see what else they cook up.

I ordered my cake via online method, Patricia called to ensure my gluten free request didn’t have any additional restrictions. I ordered a 6” cake and she made me an 8” at no additional charge. The chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and butter cream icing made the perfect cake for my husband’s birthday. And the gluten free meant it was safe for my daughter to eat. It’s nice to not have the family have to eat separate desserts, you can’t tell a difference in the fact it’s gluten free. I highly suggest using Patricia for all your special events.
