Caldwell County Mexi-Q

Visited for the first time and was immediately greeted by the friendliest staff. I truly appreciate great customer service. When I asked for recommendations and mentioned my gluten sensitivity, I was pleasantly surprised by how many gluten-free food items there were! It’s so hard to find menus with gluten-free options, but to find a great tasting menu that's gluten-free is heaven sent! The food was fantastic—the ribs were amazing, and the baked potato was superb. I had to try the gluten-free banana pudding, and wow, it was an 11/10! I will definitely be coming back regularly, and if you haven’t been, this is your sign!

This was a delight. After being disappointed by the Caldwell bbq joint, we gave this a shot to see if it held up better. It was so flavorful, well priced, great service, and everything you could want. We will definitely be back! I also want to call out the staff that overheard my wife talking about having celiac. They made sure she modified all of the items as needed to make sure she didn’t have any reactions. Thank you so much! Update July 2025: Wanted to give a quick update. This place is still awesome, but Caldwell BBQ really upped the game and we had a fantastic second visit. Please read my review of them if you are looking for more bbq in your life. And who isn’t?
