Caleo Crudos y Parrilla

The food was incredible! Had the ceviche, half chicken, and green bean salad. Everything was delicious, and there were lots of gluten free options! Cocktails were delicious as well 👍

We recently visited the charming coleo restaurant in Curacao. If you are looking for great attentive service and exquisite food art then this is the dining experience for you. We enjoyed mostly seafood items like oysters, raw fish and cucumber sampler, grilled fish and refreshing salad. We have never had some unique flavor and would definitely recommend. The ordering style is meant to be shared but if you are hungry I would suggest ordering a plate for yourself. We enjoyed the outside atmosphere and some Gelato next door after dinner. Gluten free modifications didn’t lose any flavor. It felt like a Mediterranean island fusion to me. Expect around $150 usd for a full meal but well worth the experience.
