We stopped at Caliche coming through town for the holiday weekend, and the food was amazing. I had the avocado toast with GF bread. The kale topping had an incredible flavor and my kids loved it too! They enjoyed their big bacon, egg & cheese burrito, it was plenty to share for two under 8. Our drip coffee and oat milk latte were delicious, and the service was great. We’ve been coming here for years on our way west, and it exceeds our expectations every time. As someone who’s dairy free & gluten free, it’s tough to find restaurants that know all the ingredients in their food and Caliche definitely does! Thank y’all for making an enjoyable place for our family!
