Caliente Bistro Kitchen

Visiting from out of state and was in the mood for Mexican food. I asked the waiter if they had a gluten free menu and after he went and asked the chef, Raul, what was gluten free, Raul came to our table and asked me about my sensitivity to gluten. The steak enchiladas were to die for, literally the best enchiladas I have ever tasted. I have had dinner there two nights in a row and I plan to have dinner there again tonight!
