Juicy & thick burgers were all tasty & big. Outdoor & Indoor seating options are available. Live (good) music was a bonus. Waitress was friendly & attentive. *Gluten-free items are noted on the menu.

If you are gluten free, vegetarian, or both, this place is truly dismal. Strong start on their gluten free fryer being "unavailable", so everything fried marked as gluten free is, in fact, a lie. So that's all out. There's a grand total of two vegetarian options, one of which is a veggie burger (which isn't gluten free) and an "ultimate salad", which can be made gluten free by removing the candied walnuts. They even put bacon & non-veggie pesto in the grilled cheese, just to really hammer the point home that you shouldn't be eating there. Ordered the ultimate salad but gf. This has got to be the most optimistic name I've ever heard. What arrived was a stone cold plate of lettuce with refrigerated chunks of butternut squash which had clearly not been "oven roasted" any time recently and instead clearly come straight out the fridge, leading them to be stringy & essentially inedible. This had the audacity to be priced at $24. I sent back this dismal excuse for a salad and ate at the Mexican next door, which believes both vegetarians, and coeliacs actually exist.

Honest to goodness, one of the very most delicious burgers I’ve eaten in my 45 years of life. I had the Honorary Texan. Wow! My husband had The Californian and also thoroughly enjoyed it. He had a gluten free bun that he thought was too notch. We’re traveling through from Seattle to San Diego but will definitely mark this one on the map for returning when in the area!
