My partner eats gluten free and I eat keto. We both love pizza and nothing quite comes close to the cauliflower crust at CPK. As such, this is one of our go to restaurants for dine in and delivery. The manager and staff at this location are exceptional, but we have had so many problems with our bill the last few times that we dined in or got delivery that we have changed exclusively to takeaway. Things to know: the location gets busy and is not always staffed for the volume of diners that happen at meal times. Waiting 30 minutes isn't uncommon at popular times. We have had a lot of issues with rewards and using the app, leading to meals not appearing on our rewards balance and rewards not being applied to our bill. The pay by app feature has never worked for us and is frustrating when waiting for 15 minutes for a server to take your check. We are happy to pay a premium for what we like, but CPK now charges the same price for soda and carbonate water. $3.99 for water and carbonation is outrageous. We also get the take and bake every time we dine in. We regularly get charged the wrong price for the take and bake. Again, the staff is amazing and has handled every issue we have ever had, but the last time we dined in we waited an hour after our meal to pay and have the errors in the bill corrected. Even though we were compensated for our time, we haven't dined in since.
