*Update: 12 hours after meal, still no gluten symptoms!* Very gluten friendly. Had a pizza. Our waiter, Diego, seemed knowledgeable about gluten issues and asked if it was an intolerance or an allergy. I'm pretty sensitive and I didn't have any issues after my meals. Will definitely be coming back! Not going to lie, I get sick most places that claim to offer gluten free pizza. NOT HERE! There are GF options that include entrees and salads in addition to pizza. Website mentions that they worked with the GIG (gluten intolerance group) to develop kitchen procedures, which is why we decided to go there.

Excellent service. Great gluten free options. I had never had a cauliflower pizza before but my friend can't have gluten and so we got one to share and I really liked it!
