California Pizza Kitchen at Santa Clara

Fantastic experience! I informed the server that I was extremely allergic to soy and gluten and the general manager Elisio Solis personally checked every ingredient used in the various mixes and sauces etc. in my pizza and came out to confirm that I could eat them. That was very nice and not something I had requested. :)

Went on a sunday afternoon and the place was practically empty. They have vegetarian and gluten free options for a fee. They now have plant based chicken substitute for any of their pizzas.
