No doubt the food is healthy and you feel good about eating it. The taste is far more interesting than the typical “health conscious” meal so definitely points for that, speaking as a non-vegetarian/vegan. Today I had the Mindful salad bowl which is a 433 cal vegan, gluten free & keto meal that is full of veggie goodness. It does have a very distinct & unusual flavour which I could not quite identify. By comparison taste-wise, I much prefer the Blissful poke bowl I had last time which is ~150 cal more but also definitely more filling. It feels great eating healthy especially when your taste buds aren’t bored to bits. The only hurdle keeping me from coming back more often is simply the priciness of it all!
