Camber Coffee

It can be easy to roll your eyes at a coffee shop like Camber, and many locals do. Its contemporary interior design anchored in natural materials is decidedly elevated in keeping with its menu and prices. But you get what you pay for, a transcendent caffeine-fueled experience rooted in imaginative creativity—a lychee, white chocolate mocha, why the fuck not?! The coffee alone is worth a visit, and then you see the food menu and you’re ready to move-in for an extended residency. Their gluten-free focaccia is culinary sorcery. Camber’s staff is incredibly talented. You taste the pride they take in doing a job well done in every sip and bite. I love this place and it’s a privilege to patron there.

Beautiful cafe, staff is professional and friendly, and the coffee + food is excellent. Camber’s been a necessary stop any time I come to Bellingham for years. That gluten free focaccia is straight-up delightful, truly the best GF breakfast sandwich I’ve had in recent memory
