This is the best gluten free pizza I have ever had in my life!

I like this spot. The cocktails are inventive, the servers were slammed and still friendly. Really this is a fancy looking pizza dive bar which certainly has its place. I just had a couple slices of pepperoni. The crust was cracker like on the bottom giving it a nice bite but the chewing is a bit laborious like they over worked the gluten and the tomato sauce wasn't really present. I think it would be better with more sauce which might moisten the bread giving it a less chewy texture. I had to finish it with a side of ranch which was obviously home made which was a nice touch. They use the smaller pepperoni which warps into a bowl shape with crispy edges and carried a peppery punch. $6 a slice is a bit pricy but I'm coming back at least 2 more times to try the other two interesting cocktails that caught my eye. I would say a proper rating for this place is a firm 4.4 and I would recommend it to a close friend
