For Gluten Free needs: I went to a hosted holiday dinner that offered a limited menu of three meals. Every item of each meal was GF. I could even eat an appetizer (they are usually the worst, for gluten). The dessert was GF! We celiacs know what it is like to sit and watch everyone else eat at a "group" meal. My filet wrapped in bacon was lovely and tender, and the diced roasted veggies were almost the star of the plate. I will say that portion sizes varied a lot! - but I was quite impressed and happy overall.
