They saved our night by allowing us to book last minute after an emergency and with medication that needed to be in the fridge after a long trip. The staff is very attentive and pleasant at all times. The room had everything we needed. The only thing possible to comment on, there was nothing gluten free in the breakfast buffet, but what I was able to eat was all DELICIOUS!! (Boiled eggs, coffee, butter, jam and orange juice). THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Looking forward to coming back every time we stop in Bayonna.

I brought my own gluten free bread for breakfast. The location was good near the motorway.
It was rather basic. The room and the bathroom was small. Not what I think of as a 3* hotel, more of a Travelodge type hotel.
However good point for the very friendly and helpful staff, it's appreciated in these difficult times....
