Cozy restaurant with terrace on the first line in the port of Alcúdia. The mixed paella was on point and with a generous portion. They have a menu that indicates allergens and they have gluten-free bread. A good option to eat by the sea.

Disastrous!!! The worst experience of my life!! First, our reservation did not appear anywhere, it was true that we arrived later than the time and we apologized from the first minute, even so they told us that there was no reservation in our name. It was the first time we went and it was a recommendation. They sat us outside in the tremendous cold and we took our baby, who I had to wrap in a blanket. It took them 40 minutes to take our order, they brought us the drinks and I had the glass Cocacola returned because the mouthpiece was full of rust and there were black particles inside the Cocacola. The waitress suggested bread with aioli and olives because it would take a while for our dish to arrive, and we told her that I was celiac and could it be gluten-free, just like the starter we ordered, steak tartare, we also asked for gluten-free. To which she answers that they are problems and points it out. When he brings us the bread with aioli and olives, I see that it is the same as the one on all the tables and I ask the waiter if the bread is gluten-free and he said no, I told him that I asked for it without gluten, and they bring me a bread without Gluten aside, I have to add that they charged me for two breads with aioli to correct the waitress's mistake. After about half an hour they bring us the dishes, my husband got an entrecôte that according to him was the worst meat he has ever eaten, according to him the meat was chewy, cold and poorly cooked. I have to say that the appearance was that of a poor quality chop. They gave my husband a flat, non-serrated knife with a blunt tip to cut the steak. They brought me the steak tartare and the burrata salad and when I see the dishes I ask again if it is gluten-free, and the waiter tells me that the bread is, to which I reply that I asked for it gluten-free, and his response was "WELL NO EAT THE BREAD" to which I reply that I am allergic to gluten and he reluctantly takes it away to bring me another dish. Both the steak tartare and the salad were two dishes that were not good, I have never eaten something so tacky and poorly cooked. THE WORST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER EAT IN. Terrible service, terrible dishes, tremendous waiting time for tremendous filth. They have charged us €77, of which they have charged me, as I mentioned previously, twice for the bread with aioli because I remembered that I ordered it gluten-free, they also charged me an extra amount of bread for the steak tartare. The worst experience of my life. And as health personnel I have to say that both in terms of hygiene, such as Cocacola bottles, and allergens, I have to recommend that this restaurant undergo an emergency health inspection. If you seem allergic, I recommend that you either not go or bring your adrenaline doses, so as not to die due to the poor management of the place. My recommendation is not to go, it is to waste your money, waste your time, and you leave with less desire to live.
