This was a dining experience - one that we are still talking about the next morning! My husband and I come to Montreal twice a year to dine for 30 days at some of the cities’ finest. We had this restaurant on our list but foolishly and unfairly bypassed it based on a few critic reviews. Don’t be swayed ... John Winter-Russell and his team could not have serviced us any better. The food was amazing - delectable and surprising in every way. My dietary request (gluten-free) was masterfully met with no compromise in taste or flavor. Best wishes to this team of passionate culinary artists- keep doing what you are doing!!! Pat
