The food is "greasy spoon" diner fare and if that's what you're looking for it's absolutely fantastic. It's basically the platonic ideal of diner food. You seat yourself, service is fast and personable. Breakfast is not all day.
Gluten Free options are available, the 4 of us ate for 40$.
Decor is very dated, early 80s browns and tans. Wheelchairs would likely have a tough time getting through the entryway but it is possible.
