Gluten-free pizza for $31? It's the best in town, but this place will nickel-and-dime you on substitutions.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I have heard such good things about this pizza place. And as someone who is vegan AND gluten free, I was excited to try it since they had both options. First of all, this was one of the worst dine in experiences I’ve ever had. I have a service dog and the host insisted we had to sit outside (mind you, it’s freezing) and I said I wanted to sit inside, they said I couldn’t because of the dog. Clearly Cane Rosso needs to train their employees that it is AGAINST THE LAW to refuse a service dog in any public establishment. He went to ask his manager even though I showed the host his badge that clearly stated it was against the law to not allow a service dog to come inside. Anyway, after TEN MINUTES WAITING he never came back and another hostess sat us at the worst possible table in the line of traffic right by the door where you can feel every cold blast when the door opens. We are literally in the middle of the crowd who is waiting to be seated. Their music is way too loud for any kind of conversation. And now let me get to the worst part: a $30 pizza after all the upgrades that was absolutely disgusting. It was cold. The cheese wasn’t melted (at least the little that was on there) the crust was cold in the middle when you bit into it. Service was terrible. I think our waitress spent a total of 20 seconds dealing with us. Anyway, I could go on and on. That was my first and last time to ever visit this overrated establishment.
