Amazing flavors and good accommodation of gluten free needs

My wife and some friends of our came here for a nice dinner and we were blown away. The food, the service and the atmosphere were all both unique and wonderful.
Additionally, one of our friends has a relatively serious gluten intolerance and while most restaurants are unable to reasonably adapt without a significant dip in quality, Canjes menu is conveniently 75%(ish) gluten free already. We were able to order everything we wanted without modifications which was a huge breath of fresh air.
We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!
