Canlis

I told them I had Celiacs and they said they could accommodate, which had me thrilled! They must have had cross contamination or a sauce contained gluten because I’ve been sick and in pain for hours after leaving there. Not sure they realized the severity of celiacs… but the food was amazing however this after pain and sickness is not. I made sure to even clarify that it was celiacs and not just gluten free. Food was not worth the pain I’ll be enduring for days now

This place wasn’t just amazing food, it was an epic experience. The attention to detail, the ambiance, the top notch service and the wine list that never ends. My girlfriend has bad gluten and dairy allergies and they did an amazing job subbing out items she couldn’t eat. I would recommend Canlis to anyone looking for a true dining extravaganza.
