For all of you who grumble about “These kids today,” you should visit Canopy Road and adjust your idea of the younger generation’s work ethic. This place is largely run by amazing young people who are polite, efficient, professional, and detail-oriented in getting your order correct. They keep the restaurant clean and the amazing, hot, fresh food is served quickly. I’ve yet to have a single negative thought about my meals here, and my order is always correct. Favs for us are the gluten free French toast, the incredible cinnamon roll (for those who can eat all the gluten,) and bacon cooked to your personal perfection, even if your instructions are “almost burnt!” See ya next time, CR.
