Cantina Louie (Jacksonville/Southside, FL)

my husband and i came for taco tuesday deals and left with a pleasant experience to look back on. our server was jessica, and she was AMAZING. i am allergic to gluten and informed her of it to help me decide what i was able to order, she went out of her way to make sure i ordered something good. it was so busy in the restaurant and i still feel like she took intentional time multiple times to check on us. she was personable and a joy. we were so happy leaving this restaurant with the words “we haven’t had service like that in a long time” and “because of her we will definitely come back”

We've eaten here many times because they've always been willing to accommodate my wife's food allergies. The manager decided (not out of necessity, just because he didn't want to) not to accommodate our request for a gluten free tortilla. We offered to pay extra. The restaurant was not busy. They have the tortillas. He just outright refused to accommodate a customer's disability. Our server was delightful and I hope she gets a better manager soon!
