Cantina del Centro - Kelowna

The server was wonderful and made sure that my food came out gluten free. I have celiac and I feel very comfortable eating here. I'm thoroughly impressed with my entire experience.

We just happened to walk by and noticed this place and I’m so glad we did. The servers were super friendly. We happened to walk in on Taco Tuesday. My wife and I ordered some incredible drinks. My wife had the “Resort Life” and I had the “Bad Hombre” with the chips and dip appetizer. Oh my goodness. The flavours were mid blowing. Then the tacos came out and they did not disappoint. We are normally fast eaters but we savoured the food and our time here. My wife is gluten free and the amount of options on the menu that were gluten free was amazing. Do yourself a favour and eat here.

We went for an early dinner yesterday knowingly we love this restaurant from Nelson. Deciding to try it in Kelowna and the food did not disappoint. They had a tremendous amount of gluten-free option and even a GF & Lactose free desert for my wife to enjoy. However the service was terrible woth only aprox 9 people in the restaurant with 4 servers. Ours was not interested in doing her job. She would walk past numerous times, never asked us if we wanted more drinks, we sta with empty plates a long time while she walked past. We asked for boxes to pack leftovers and a desert, which took another 20 min. I think she took the hint when I covered my food with a napkin to keep the flies off it. Great food , but lousy service. Sadly, we won't be back but will visit Nelson.
