Really great service from Juan! I have celiac disease and cannot have gluten so he made sure to ask the kitchen if I had any doubts and accommodated the food with substitutions to ensure I wouldn’t get sick. Thank you Juan!
(I did not have the chips that come with the guac, as although they’re corn, they’re fried in a shared frier. Juan accommodated with corn tortillas instead).
