Coeliac with a severe nut allergy here. I have been here many times and they have always been great. Gluten free options are available. Recommend the margaritas ;)
Would say the food tends to not be very spicy, but it’s still really good for the price, and hot sauce is on the table. Makes for a fun date spot.
