We are Celiacs, Gluten Free medically, and MUST have GF food. First server we got wasn't sure what we were asking. Asked for manager. He DID know, & assigned a server who did too. Meal was served hot, was tasty, & Safe. All we ask & want.
Was it as good as MDR on ship? No, in all honesty, but nearly as good as restaurants we'd visited in Anchorage. More expensive. Unfortunately, they don't serve breakfast, just dinner.
Warning: They are "do you have a reservation?" CRAZY. So make a reservation or be there when they open. Only open from 1700 to 2100. Ignore the bright sunshine, go eat, or you'll go hungry. This is about the size of a Pinnacle on ships, not really very large at all, so keep that in mind too. You can order dinner in the (small) bar.
