Cap't Loui - Cajun Seafood Boil

This review is specifically for takeout. We order from this establishment quite frequently. I always place on the takeout order that I have a gluten allergy, which is an easier way for people to understand celiac disease. This time, a young lady named Lucid called me bc she was not convinced that the lemon pepper sauce that I had ordered was gluten-free. Speaking with her, I took her recommendation to convert my order to the garlic butter sauce. When I went in, I had a nice conversation with her, and she was so kind to go above and beyond, heading to the office to take pictures of the sauces’ ingredients for me so I could feel comfortable for future visits. She even sent me away with some lemon slices to help make my garlic butter sauce a little bit more like the lemon pepper sauce I had originally ordered! Truly kind person, and an employee deserving of a raise!
